This December, we’re raising a glass with Maison Ruinart as we welcome back one of our most beloved seasonal traditions: the Holiday Champagne Menu. Available at all RPM locations, it’s our way of celebrating the most festive time of year with elegance, warmth, and a touch of indulgence. Each menu features two exquisite Risotto Fritto bites, one topped with Wagyu Tartare and black truffle, the other with Yellowfin Tuna and Kaluga Caviar, paired alongside Ruinart Champagne for a tasting experience that feels both timeless and unforgettable.

Across RPM Italian, RPM Seafood, RPM Steak, and our D.C. and Las Vegas locations, guests will be able to enjoy Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Ruinart Rosé by the glass or bottle. In Chicago and D.C., we’re also pouring Dom Ruinart 2010, a rare vintage expression that elevates the experience even further.
