Crafted in collaboration with Andrew Jones of Field Recordings
We’re proud to unveil the 2025 release of RPM’s Single Vineyard Wines, a collection born from a long-standing passion for sourcing and collaboration.
From Our Vineyard to You
We are thrilled to share that RPM Restaurants now has its very own collection of single vineyard wines. Created in partnership with our longtime friend and renowned winemaker, Andrew Jones of Field Recordings, these exclusive bottlings come from hand-selected vineyards in California. Every element, from the vine to the bottle, was a joint effort with Andrew, our Operational Beverage Partner Richard Hanauer, and Wine Director Brennan Sopko, to perfectly complement the spirit of our restaurants.
Why Field Recordings?
If you haven’t heard of Field Recordings yet, consider this your introduction to one of the most compelling winemakers in the country. Based in Paso Robles, Andrew Jones founded Field Recordings on the belief that every vineyard has a story to tell, and that wine should reflect the place it comes from without pretense.
He works closely with a network of independent growers and is deeply committed to organic farming, biodiversity, and minimal-intervention winemaking. The result is a collection of thoughtful wines that feel like an extension of RPM.
How It All Began
It started over a dozen years ago at an industry potluck with one unforgettable red from Field Recordings. When our Operational Beverage Partner, Richard Hanauer, connected with Andrew Jones, that initial spark evolved into a lasting partnership. Barrel by barrel, and vineyard by vineyard, they tasted, tested, and curated each wine. This collaborative effort has now grown into something much bigger: our own private-label, single-vineyard collection that we are thrilled to offer our guests at all RPM Restaurants.
Meet the 2025 Vintages
52W Cabernet Sauvignon | Paso Robles: A fresher, more elegant take on Cabernet. Deep purple in the glass, it opens with notes of overripe plum, black cherry, and vanilla, leading to a lush, fruit-forward finish.
Cèpe d’Été Chardonnay | Santa Barbara County: Silky and textured, layered with golden apple, ripe pear, candied lemon, and a whisper of sea spray. Indulgent yet refreshing, it’s a Chardonnay built for the table.
Three Kings Pinot Noir | Santa Barbara County: Light-bodied but complex, with red cherries, strawberries, and currants balanced by earthy notes of tea leaves, cola, and spice. This Pinot lingers long after the last sip.
Experience Our Single Vineyard Wines
