Now, the culinary talent behind our celebrated steakhouses presents Prime Meats by Lettuce, a delivery-only butcher shop concept featuring expertly selected cuts, from filets and bone-in options to showstopping Japanese wagyu. Complete with accompaniments that enhance every steak and chop.

Flavor-Packed Filets

Sourced from Arkansas City, Kansas, these USDA- and halal-certified Creekstone Black Angus filets are a cut above for true steak enthusiasts. Available in a 6-oz. Petit Filet Mignon or a 14-oz. Bone-In Filet, each cut is celebrated for its tenderness, robust marbling, and deep, buttery flavor.

Dry-Aged Cuts

For unmatched depth of flavor, look to the Prime Dry-Aged Cuts. Aged for 28 days to enhance tenderness and richness, this collection features standout selections like the 16-oz. New York Strip, 24-oz. Cowboy Steak, and 36-oz. Porterhouse.

Globally Sourced Wagyu

Perfect for impressing guests at your next BBQ, Prime Meats by Lettuce offers an extraordinary lineup of Globally Sourced Wagyu from some of the world’s most renowned farms. These premium cuts, like Australia’s Westholme and Japan’s Kawaguchi Farm Sendai, are celebrated for their melt-in-your-mouth richness. Choose from standouts including the Westholme 12-oz. Strip, the 42-oz. Tomahawk, the Japanese Sendai 3-oz. Strip Loin, and the rare Chateau Uenae Snow Beef 3-oz. Ribeye.

Signature Cuts

Prime Meats by Lettuce’s Signature Cuts, such as RPM Steak guest favorite, the 16 oz. Bernie Miller Chop, have rich flavor and robust taste. Other options include 12-oz. High Plains Bison Filet20-oz. Open Prairie Ribeye, the Beeman Ranch 18-oz. New York Strip and the 16 oz. Beeman Ranch Delmonico Ribeye.
