Our per person cost of $225 also includes a welcome signature cocktail and champagne toast poured to enjoy post dinner or for the countdown at midnight! Additional beverages will be available both a la carte as well as paired with your courses. $45 (3) Zero Proof Pairings, $95 (3) Sommelier Selection, Wine Pairings, $165 (3) Reserve List Wine Pairings. Our NYE dinner celebration will conclude with a front row view of the City of Chicago’s annual fireworks display from the iconic Clark Street and Dearborn Street bridges.
