Toast to the end of summer with Champagne Billecart-Salmon at RPM Seafood. On Wednesday, September 23, Billecart-Salmon will take over our Summer of Rosé, featuring a selection of Billecart-Salmon Champagnes poured exclusively from large-format bottles.

Enjoy selections by the glass, poured tableside by our sommelier team, with a special flight offering also available. From 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Pierre Chichiportiche of Billecart-Salmon will join our sommelier team to share the wines and pour tableside for guests. A fitting celebration to close out the summer season.
