RPM is a group of restaurants from celebrity couple Bill and Giuliana Rancic and siblings R.J., Jerrod and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. The RPM brand focuses on sourcing the highest quality ingredients and providing guests with exceptional service for a dining experience unlike any other. RPM Italian and RPM Steak are located in the River North neighborhood of downtown Chicago, with a second location of RPM Italian in Washington, D.C.’s Mount Vernon district. Most recently, the team introduced Pizzeria Portofino, RPM Events and RPM Seafood to the Chicago Riverfront.

Hama Hama

Located on the eastern slopes of the Olympic Peninsula, Hama Hama is a family-run tree and oyster farm that has been in operation for over a century. The RPM Pearl oysters are raised using sustainable and sensible harvesting methods that work in harmony with the natural tide. The purity of Hama Hama’s oysters is a testament to the clean, crisp waters of the Hood Canal, where their beds are located at the mouth of one of Washington State’s shortest, coldest, and least developed rivers.

RPM Pearl Oysters are served with Yuzu Granita to bring out the crisp flavors of this shellfish.

Day Boat Fresh

Sue Buxton owns and operates Day Boat Fresh on Deer Island, Maine, which specializes in selling local and responsibly caught seafood, including mussels, and crabmeat. Her seafood is used by some of the world’s best chefs and restaurants due to the freshness and sustainability.

With more than a dozen restaurants to their names, the Melman siblings are responsible for some of downtown Chicago's most sought-after spots. Their foray into LEYE partnership began with Hub 51 and has since grown to include Bub City, Three Dots and a Dash, RPM Italian, RPM Steak, Ramen-san, il Porcellino, Bub City & Joe's Live Rosemont, Sushi-san, Pizzeria Portofino, RPM Events, RPM Seafood and Dance Studio. They have also expanded concepts to Washington, D.C. and L.A. and are driving forces behind the nation's premier BBQ and country music festival, Windy City Smokeout.
